PARK COFIELD (Program Director) is a community builder and experience maker based in Los Angeles, CA. He specializes in creating theatrical projects, spectacles, and community events for people of all ages. His most notable project, SISU is in the Heart, is a multi-year community-based family ancestry project with dual premieres in the USA and Finland. Park is also the Field Resources Manager for Network of Ensemble Theaters, a national service organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for ensemble theater practices in the US and a member of the Dramatists Guild and TYA-USA, the U.S. branch of the International Association of Theatre for Children and Young People. LISA YANOFSKY (Lead Teaching Artist) is a choreographer, director, and educator based in Cleveland, OH. Her directing and choreography credits include musicals, devised theater, opera and concert dance and her work has been performed across the United States and Europe. As an educator Lisa has taught music, dance, theater and art history to grades Pre-K through college. She has taught master classes and professional development at Oberlin College, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Cleveland Digital Arts High School, and The West End House in Boston, MA. Lisa is also the Music and Dance Teacher at Hathaway Brown School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Lisa holds an Ed.M. in Art in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as Marketing and Technology Consultant for the Lake County Chambers of Commerce. At the chamber, Anna oversees all marketing, communications, social media and email campaigns. Anna is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and a lifelong resident of Mentor, Ohio. THE FINNISH HERITAGE MUSEUM is a non-profit organization in Fairport Harbor, Ohio (a small village on Lake Erie in Lake County, approximately one square mile with a population of 4,000+ people). There are no paid staff and all activities are supported by loyal members who donate their time and services to keep the building clean, staff the gift shop, assist with genealogical research, and to manage the organizational finances.
